Our History

Chris Patti was appointed as the CEO of Atrium in October of 2023, and has had a successful career in commercial distribution businesses in both the scientific and automotive industries. Chris spent the first 9 years of his career at VWR International before moving into the automotive industry where he held leadership roles at Keystone Automotive Operations and LKQ. Most recently, he was the CEO of KSI Auto Parts, a private equity-backed company.

Chris is a graduate of Muhlenberg College and continues to root for his childhood sports teams in New York.

Ken has been CFO of Atrium since October 2022, and has extensive general and financial management experience across a variety of industries. Ken spent 26 years at the Scott Fetzer Company, a Berkshire Hathaway subsidiary, holding various positions including VP of Finance and CFO.  He has also held diverse leadership roles in general management and operations of industrial, consumer products and medical device companies. Since 2017 he has been the CFO of private equity backed companies in industrial and transportation products manufacturing, including a successful exit as CFO of Morbark LLC. Ken began his career and spent over 8 years at Price Waterhouse Coopers.

Ken is a CPA and graduate of John Carroll University and is an avid and perpetually frustrated Cleveland sports fan.

Robert Sanchez brings over 20 years’ experience to Atrium and is responsible for its Human Resources, Corporate Risk, and Fleet Management. Robert has held senior leadership roles with public, privately held, and private equity-backed organizations across several industries including health care, pharmaceutical manufacturing, consumer packaged goods, and energy. Robert joined Atrium in 2023 after serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at PartsSource, Inc.

Robert holds a B.S. in Management and a M.S. in Human Resources Management from Texas A&M University.  Robert spends time coaching and participating in youth sports leagues with his three daughters and enjoys restoring classic cars.

As the VP of mergers and acquisitions for Atrium, Brendan oversees the lead sourcing, diligence, and integration for potential partners. Brendan is the primary point of contact for any owners interested in learning more about joining the Atrium family. Prior to joining Atrium, Brendan was a Manager in Ernst and Young’s transaction advisory practice and previously had spent time in the firm’s audit practice. Brendan is a Certified Public Accountant.

A native of Philadelphia, PA, Brendan is a graduate of Boston College, and holds an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He enjoys spending time outdoors, golfing, and supporting Philadelphia sports teams.

Harneet joined the Atrium team in October 2022 and is responsible for driving best practices in marketing and category management. Prior to joining Atrium, Harneet spent over 13 years in wholesale distribution and retail ecommerce at Keystone Automotive Operations, a division of LKQ, a Fortune 500 company.

She earned a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Mumbai, India, and an MBA from the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University. In her spare time, Harneet likes to read, travel, and cook with her family.

Gerard brings 35 years of multi-functional experience in manufacturing, customer service, sales, engineering, and process improvement. He has worked at large organizations such as General Electric and Textron, as well as 20 years with smaller, private equity owned companies.

He holds an Aerospace Engineering degree from the United States Military Academy and an MBA from St. Martin’s College. Additionally, he is a certified Quality Engineer, as well as a certified Green Belt and Black Belt and has held positions of Master Black Belt and VP of Six Sigma at various companies in the pursuit of Six Sigma Quality. Gerard’s other interests are his family and Orange Theory Fitness.
